Photographic Services:
All fees for photography services are nonrefundable. Once a deposit or money is made to reserve our photographic services for a specified date and time, it is considered a commitment that cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Photography Courses:
All course costs are nonrefundable. Once you join in a course and pay, it is considered a final sale and cannot be returned. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, inability to complete the course, or for any other reason.
Exceptions:
In rare cases, KC Events may make exceptions to the return policy on an individual basis. These exceptions will be granted at our sole discretion and may need documentation or evidence to back up the request.
If Canceled by KC Events:
In the case that kc events cancels a booked photographic session or course, we will return the client/student’s full payment.
Process Time:
If your refund is granted, we will complete it within 3 to 7 days. Please allow more time for the refund to arrive in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Non-transferable:
Refunds are not transferable and will be provided solely to the original payer.
Policy Changes:
KC Events has the right to change or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notification. Any modifications made to the website will take effect soon after they are posted.
